WOW I've come a long way and learned so much more since my first video in August 2019. What a difference! I was so hooked that I bought a camcorder to use instead of my iPad. Then I added lighting, a microphone and so many other cool things to use. I recently turned 70 and you are never too old to learn new things and to live healthier. UPDATE:
During the Pandemic I started sewing again and being creative which helps keep my weight off. I now have an Etsy Shop with all my own home-made designs and creations. I love the concept of having a towel close by when cooking so I started making Kitchen Boa Towel/Aprons. I've only been doing this for a couple years now and I have made hundreds of homemade items. I now have customized gifts, embroidered personalized items for the home and more. I'm constantly adding new items to my Etsy shop. So much fun and they make great gifts. I've always had a love for cooking and creating recipes. After I joined Weight Watchers seven years ago, I stopped cooking and creating for a season, while I focused on my weight loss journey to better health. I am a cancer survivor with a focus on getting healthier, not older. I used to think you couldn't lose weight and still cook yummy dishes, boy, was I wrong!
